THE RED LETTER-BOX
That Red Letter-box at the left corner of Comilla University. (1) On 21-02-2000 The Goddess Was Born. For some reason, this stream of thought comes to my mind whenever I see her social media ID/face: a priest worshipping inside a broken, dilapidated temple, secluded from civilization. He earnestly prays to the goddess, not because he has to, but because he genuinely admires her. She is the one he was looking for. He wonders if she is going to respond to his prayer or if she will let him be like the millions of other admirers she has. Or expect much worse, getting cursed by her on the account of being a lowly priest. Nonetheless, he keeps worshipping her. That's what matters. If or when she sees him then that day would be the best day of his life. If not, he can keep chanting her name. Which is a prize in itself. (🔴Note: this paragraph is a work of fiction.
