Light The Way
(concept) written solely for later use as a guide.
CHAPTER TITLE:
0. PROLOGUE:
we are hearing a TV news. Weather report. The downpour will continue for three more days due to the depression in the Bay of Bangle.
We see a red wire dissected in two parts. We see fingers connecting it. A metal cover clouds over the wires. Metal casing. We zoom out. We see its a TORCHLIGHT. Old fashioned.( in the background we hear the noise of a man moving around, rustling clothes) Is there something ominous about it?. Before we could analyze it more. A hand takes it from the table.
1. THE TRAGEDY:
on a stormy night (downpour) while our protagonist was heading to his home he heard a woman shriek. THIEF! then heard the sound of footsteps coming closer and closer. Suddenly he saw the face( of the thief). The face saw him. Halted on his feet. Slipped on the road. Then suddenly disappeared ( where the light fell) before our protagonist could comprehend what Just occurred. The woman appeared and saw him and before she could pronounce HELP, disappeared like the guy before her. All of this happened in a matter of a minute(maybe less). Our protagonist stunned at this, stood still on the empty road. Rain continues to fall. Lightning and thunder strikes.
2. AFTERMATH: Next day our protagonist found himself lying on the floor. With yesterday's cloth on him. Soaked. He woke up with a headache.
-realized what he has. Mistakenly disappeared a cat of TABASSUM, his adopted parent's daughter, his love interest
- outside we hear an announcement in CNG about a missing girl ( that girl)
- we learn through his adopted mother's maid that her son hasn't been home since yesterday, Who knows what devils he is pulling.
3. WITH GREAT POWER...:
- takes a test drive inside the light.
-- heard a voice. The entity of the torchlight.
-learns about the dark motive of the entity( similar to the devil.) which is to deviate someone from his path.
- maybe we will learn why the torchlight works this way, why acting like a black hole. Still unsure about it.( maybe the torchlight eats them?)
- helps some people with it.
Like Helped TABASSUM by "vanishing" a hoodlum boy for her.
-helped the locals by "vanishing" a corrupt police/politician.
This chapter should be written in a light manner.
4. BUT: this chapter shows our protagonist is anything but perfect. He has his own intentions. His core ambition is to be with TABASSUM forever. But her mother does not let them meet because the locals sees them as siblings, and yet unrelated. He literally was found on the road. This was the first obstacle. He vanished her parents in one scene. Then he learns that she does not even imagine himself as a sexually viable man. She just befriended him only because it was in her nature. Enraged at this hero did something.
5. GREEK TRAGEDY: HE RAPED HER. KILLED HER. AND WHEN HE IS ABOUT TO FEED HER TO THE LIGHT THE TORCHLIGHT DIES. SUDDENLY HE returns TO HIS SENSES. He sees what he has done. He is standing in the middle of the room. She is lying. Clothes ripped. Finger marks blackened wherever he pressed hard. He looks at her face. More beautiful and desiring. Realizing what he has done he opens his mouth
Outsite, there is a storm. Lightning strikes silently. We hear his howl. Neighbour and whoever was close by heard this. They are all heading to the house.
(END of the chapter)
Imagine him on an empty stage. A single flashlight fell on him. He realized what he had done. This realization for him is the worst torture in the world.
*EPILOGUE: we zoom into the torchlight. Steelbody dissolves and reveals its skeleton body with wires. We close in on a red wire. The one that was connected. It is untangling itself slowly. We close in. Suddenly it is disconnected.
