Beloved's Words

Words do not mean a thing
To my beloved. One minute she Is all serious.
Another minute She forgets.
All those deceptively "loving words"
that went back and forth, Cleared away
by the present wave.
Leaving an empty shore.

She reads It.
But does not actually reads it.
Words, carefully woven for her,
Gets neglected under her eyes.

She sees only what she wants to see.
She hears only what she wants to hear.
She feels only what she wants herself to feel.

These sweet words do not matter
To my beloved. She is not my beloved.
Never was.
I am an unworthy germ
Undeserving of such beloved!
I should have been dead (A long time ago!)
(Then, why am I still alive?)
(How am I still alive?)
